What Do We Do
- Major Home Makeover construction including new roofs, new gutters, replacing siding as needed, painting the exterior, remodeling kitchen and baths, wall to wall carpeting, replacing old furniture, landscaping the property, replacing the black top driveway, all at no cost to the client being served.
- Many smaller jobs around the home like painting one room, remodeling one bath, cleaning out a basement of extra stuff no longer needed.
- Driving clients to shopping, doctor’s appointments.
- Taking shut-ins out for a meal or to an activity.
- Working with recovering addicts.
- Locating living quarters for the homeless, furnishing the new residents, providing gift cards so the homeless can obtain new clothing.
- Recommending good honest contractors to many of our 2,200 HDHM followers who can afford to pay for the needed services.
- Finding good used autos and giving them away to the most in need client.
- Locating good used expensive medical equipment for the handicapped and providing it free to the most in need.
- Providing gift cards to those in need of food but cannot afford it.
- Assisting the Danbury and Brookfield Library with moving and setting up several thousand books for their annual book sale fund raiser.
- Performing two Christmas shows and the Gardens and Glen Crest senior living facilities and providing gifts for all the residents in Dec each year
